Problem

We needed an internal documentation system that would sync all our documents from the main Acer headquarters database. Since we have operations across the globe, we thought a tool that could help us build documentation in multiple languages would be a good choice. Our initial need was for internal documentation, but we wanted to extend the solution to some of our customers. Therefore, we were looking for a solution with multiple security levels and password-protection systems to share our internal documentation safely with some customers.

Solution

ProProfs Knowledge Base provided us exactly what we were looking for - support, customization, and security. It helped us build internal documentation, sync it with our existing database, and provide secured access to employees.

Result
