We needed to create a user and technical documentation for three integrated applications that would ultimately save our users’ time and cut down the support calls.
ProProfs Knowledge Base provided just what we were looking for. The tool helped us create consistently formatted reference resources with hypertext linking, reusable text, historical versioning, and backup.
We are happy with the tool’s performance. Documentation for the first application is complete, and the second one is undergoing internal review. The third one is still in process. We have been able to improve the product and our productivity with this tool.
